How to buy

All informations given are for informational purposes only and do not stand an offer as in article 66 par. 1 of Polish Civil Law. All prices published on our website are gross prices and include Polish VAT.

How to login?

In every moment you may log in into members area by clicking on button LOGIN that is placed on the right side of the top of this site. Both, the member and a guest may see all the contents of the site.
If you are not a member yet, you may register using button CREATE NEW ACCOUNT that you will see if you use LOGIN button. Then you will be asked to fill a form properly. If you give a wrong datas (e.g. password too short, login that is already used, wrong e-mail address) an error will be indicated and fields that were filled properly will be unchanged. Write down your login and password: you will need them for the next time!

How to find a product?

The products are in groups: swords, sabres, ceramics and so on. To change a group you must click its name on the right bar of the site.
You will see more details when click on the picture of an item.

How to add to cart?

To add a product click on ADD TO CART button that is placed next to every item on the list of products in a group. When you have added products and you want to make an order click on the button YOUR CART that is placed at the top of the site. Check the contents of the cart. You may change the quantity of a products or its type by clicking EDIT or delete a product from a cart using DELETE. You must SAVE every change. If you click CANCEL the changes will not apply. Remember to choose a proper type of a product (in selected products only). DELETE ALL makes your cart empty.

How to order?

When you have checked your cart and you wany to place an order just click PROCEED and you will be asked to log in. If you are not a member yet, you may register using button CREATE NEW ACCOUNT that you will see if you use LOGIN button. Then you will be asked to fill a form properly. If you give a wrong datas (e.g. password too short, login that is already used, wrong e-mail address) an error will be indicated and fields that were filled properly will be unchanged. Write down your login and password: you will need them for the next time!
If you have registered properly you will be loged in automatically. The LOGIN button on the top of the site will change into LOGOUT and the confirmation site will be shown.
You will see your datas on that site. Check it and change (clicking EDIT) if you want to. If they are correct you must click PROCEED to see the cost of delivery. If there is no delivery cost shown we will send it to you by e-mail. When you click on PROCEED you will be asked to confirm placing an order finally. A site with all the informations will be shown once again. This is the last moment that you can CANCEL an order. If you click on PROCEED AN ORDER it means that you accept the Terms and conditions and the order will be placed. An e-mail confirmation of placing an order will be sent to the address that you provided during registration. Your cart will be empty from now.

We may produce a special and individual item or a decorations on a regular item. If you are interested in that opportunity just drop us a line . It is essential that you provide us as many details as it is possible: drownings, measurements, pictures, descriptions and so on. Any infos are welcome. We will contact you to fix all the details.

How to pay?

The cost of delivery of ordered items is at the customer. Shipping cost is added to the overall value of an order and must be paid directly to our bank account before the article is sent. We will let you know all the details by e-mail. The package will be sent after the bank transfer is made.

Delivery time & cost.

The cost of delivery you may check here.
Most of our goods are in stock and we send them next day after we get the money to our bank account. However the order time (time of implementation) can be longer even up to 6 weeks. In such case we will inform you as soon as possible. Delivery time depends on messenger service. Time of delivery for UPS Standard is 3-5 days for EU countries and 5-7 days for non-EU European countries. UPS Expedited takes 5-7 days. It is obligatory to give us your exact telephone number with your country code (e.g. +48 123 456 789 for Poland). Otherwise courier may have some problems to deliver a package to you. You may check the delivery status at www.ups.com. You will get all the informations in email that will be sent to your address right away after we send the package.

Total waiting time = time of implementation + delivery time

The time of implementation and delivery time we count using working days.
We do not take any responsibility for delivery time after the package is collected by the messenger.
We do not send packages by post. Sorry.

Return conditions

A customer has a right to return the ordered items without any explanation or a cause up to 10 days after receiving the order (does not concern the orders collected personally). In such case the items should be sent, unused and in perfect condition, to the customer's cost to the address that is on the package or you can find it here. Hereby we inform that we do not bare the delivery cost of goods returned to us. This means that the packages sent by Cash On Delivery will be returned to the sender, unless that was agreed earlier. The money will be returned if the name, address and bank account number was provided by a customer together with the return or earlier. This money will be given back up to 7 days after the date of our reception of the returned item. If our product does not reach your demands in quality just let us know by email and we will try to fix the problem. Sometimes we agree to exchange the product to the other one.
It is possible to cancel the order until the product was sent. If you wish to cancel an order just send us an .

Warranty

We give one full year guarantee to smithed blades, that covers cracks or breakages made to the weapon during a fight. In that case please send the foulty item (all parts) to our address including a description of circumstances that took place. Please note, that such information are important for us and helps us to improve our products.
This guarantee does not cover:

  1. blades that has any marks of making decorations by etching, engraving or other
  2. chip off the blade
  3. jagging or bending of the blade
  4. loosing of handle as the consequence of normal use.

To use the warranty you should send the item (together with the receipt or VAT note) to our address. Repair time is 14 days but in some cases that may be up to 30 days. Always we discuss the repair time with the client. The cost of delivery the foulty item to us and back to the client is at the customer.
